Classloader problem with CMP fields for Jain SIP Request and Response

Print this page

Question

During some of our tests we encountered some problems with CMP fields, the errors we were getting were always similar to this one:

Caused by: java.lang.ClassCastException: com.opencloud.ob.ocsip.b0
at com.opencloud.ob.ocsip.bo.setRequestURI(DashOB8895)
at com.opencloud.ob.ocsip.bo.<init>(DashOB8895)
at com.opencloud.ob.ocsip.m.createRequest(DashOB8895)
.......

This happens when trying to send a Jain SIP Request or Response that was stored in a CMP field. It also happens when trying to create Request with headers copied from Request stored in CMP field. If I am right Jain SIP Request and Response conform to data types stored in CMP fields so there should not be a problem with that?
